Order Cancellations
Before Shipping: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel, please email us at contact@ foldaid1000@gmail.com with your order number.
After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our return policy.
Return Policy
Return Period: Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product if the item is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all original components.
Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required for returns.
Non-Returnable Items: For health and safety reasons, certain items such as opened or used medical tools are non-returnable unless damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
Partial Refunds: In cases where items are returned in a condition not matching our policy, we may offer a partial refund at our discretion.
Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your return is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the item was damaged upon arrival or was incorrect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item, please email us at contact @foldaid1000@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
