Shipping Charges: Shipping fees, if applicable, are displayed at checkout. FoldAid is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds
Return Policy: FoldAid accepts returns of unopened, unused products within 3 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with packaging intact.
Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or error on our part.
